Bolo Behen is a platform for women leaders to share their experiences of leadership in agriculture. We see this as a space where women farmers can voice their own experiences of leadership, hear and learn from each other, and be heard by others in agriculture.
This is of interest to all those working to support women’s leadership. We can all learn what are the enabling and hindering factors to women’s leadership – in their inner world, and in the systems they are part of.
In December 2021, in partnership with SRIJAN, we convened an online dialogue women leaders from five women-led business collectives FPCs and SHG federations) across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The conversation centred on the question: “What changes when women come into leadership in business collectives?”This was curated into short videos that you can see on the bolo behen page on Instagram and on Youtube.
